Antique French Demitasse Cup & Saucer, Sevres Style

  
CONDITION: There is slight gold wear on rim of the saucer. This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in France in the 1890s. It has a hand painted Sevres mark over the glaze and the word France. The saucer is 3 3/4 inches in diameter. The cup is 1 7/8 inches tall with a diameter of 2 inches. The porcelain is molded with a puffy, blown-out shape and scalloped edges.

Both pieces are decorated with raised metallic enamels. Elaborate scrolls and arabesques accented with blossoms cover the surfaces of both pieces. The interior of the cup and elegant handle are covered in gold. FOR OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US.
