Antique Hand Painted Nippon Green & Gold Floral Moulded Porcelain Cup & Saucer

  

Up for sale is an Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Cup & Saucer Set made in Japan. The set features a gorgeous hand painted gold gilt pattern of flowers and leaves with green trim decoration on top of white porcelain. The saucer also has a very light pink hue to the porcelain. The set is moulded with a very interesting form with a moulded flower/vine handle. The base of the saucer has a mark with 6 Japanese characters.

There is minor wear to the decoration throughout the cup and saucer as seen in the photos. Otherwise the set is in great condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. There may be minor manufacturing imperfections throughout the set.

Overall the set still displays beautifully. 2 3/4 Tall to Rim. 3 3/4 From Rim to end of Handle. This is an antique item and may have small manufacturers imperfections which do not affect the display of the piece.
