Carl Thieme Dresden Hand Painted Encrusted Flowers & Gold Covered Cup & Leaf Saucer. Rare porcelain oversized covered two handled cup and leaf shaped saucer with hand painted encrusted flowers. With gold gilding along the rim and gold highlights to the handles. Marked on the bottom with a blue Carl Thieme Dresden mark that was used starting in 1901. Has some wear to the gilding and some chips to the floral encrustation typical of this style of porcelain, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks to the porcelain body.

The cup measures approximately 6 1/8 inches wide from handle to handle x 4 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lid. Saucer measures approximately 8 7/8 inches wide including the handle.
